REFUND POLICY

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund on your FidaLab At-Home order.

  • If you request a refund within 15 days of placing an order, you are eligible for a full refund minus $20 per test kit, to account for shipping, handling, and processing fees. When contacting us, please provide us with your unique kit registration number, located on the side of your kit.

  • Orders older than 15 days and orders with test results already released do not qualify for any refund. 

​

  • FidaLab is unable to accept returned or unused kits. If you have received your order and decide not to proceed with the test, please dispose of the kit accordingly. 

​

  • All test kits must be registered and sent back to the laboratory within five months of purchase. Any samples received by the lab after this period will not be processed. We are unable to provide a replacement kit due to expiration.
