SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Method for Kits to Customers 

We use FedEx Express One Rate to ship our at-home testing kits to customers. The expected shipment time, as stated by FedEx, is 1-2 days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays in the carrier's operations. 

 

Return Shipping for Kits to Lab 

Our at-home testing kits include a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label for customers to use when returning their samples to our lab. The expected shipping time for USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 days. Customers can return their kits using one of the following methods: 

  a. Place the package in their mailbox for USPS pickup 

  b. Schedule a pickup on the USPS website (usps.com) 

  c. Drop off the package at a local USPS drop-off point 

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays in the carrier's operations. 

 

Proper Packaging and Labeling 

To ensure timely delivery, customers must correctly close the kit within the provided shipping pak and attach the prepaid USPS Priority Mail label. Failure to properly package and label the kit may result in shipping delays. 

 

Test Results 

Test results can be expected the day after the sample arrives at our lab. However, please be aware that processing times may vary, and we cannot guarantee that results will always be available within this time frame. 

 

Returns 

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy. In all instances, FidaLab is unable to accept returned or unused kits. If you have received your order and decide not to proceed with the test, please dispose of the kit accordingly.
